Hudiansyah Is Nursal, S.H., M.ILIR. is a legal academic and public policy expert with a strong background in law, environmental regulation, and governance. He earned his Bachelor of Laws (S.H.) from Universitas Padjadjaran, Bandung, and later obtained a Master’s degree in Environmental and Regulatory Studies (M.ILIR.), focusing on sustainability and institutional policy frameworks.

He currently serves as a Law Lecturer at Universitas Esa Unggul, where he teaches and researches administrative law, public policy, and environmental governance. In addition to his academic role, he works at the Indonesian Plant Quarantine Agency, contributing his expertise in regulatory compliance and biosecurity policy.
