Legal services that do not go through the court process, but focus on dispute prevention, business assistance, and the preparation of legal documents. The form includes legal consultation (providing oral/written advice), drafting contracts and legal documents, legal review, legal due diligence, and making written legal opinions (legal opinions). This includes alternative dispute resolution (ADR) services  such as mediation, negotiation, and arbitration, where advocates play a role in helping the parties resolve conflicts peacefully. In a long-term relationship, non-litigation services can be in the form of retainer services, namely advocates become permanent consultants for certain companies or institutions. The goal is to prevent potential disputes through proactive legal compliance.

Legal services outside of court or without formal judicial process, including:

1. Legal consultation .
2. Drafting and reviewing contracts or legal documents (legal drafting & legal review).
3. Legal opinion .
4. Legal due diligence (examination of the legal feasibility of a company or transaction).
5. Mediation, negotiation, and arbitration (alternative dispute resolution/ADR).
6. Retainer service or legal retainer, which is a long-term cooperation in which advocates provide legal services on an ongoing basis to clients (usually companies).
